Decisions taken by a public body should be the product of a reasonable and lawful process, administrated openly and fairly. We have experience on both sides of Judicial Reviews, attacking wrongfully reached decisions and defending legitimately concluded deliberations, as well as representing the interests of third parties.

Having been involved in some of the most widely reported Judicial Reviews of recent years, including acting for the Law Society against the Legal Services Commission, we have experience of Judicial Review in a wide variety of sectors, including:
