Sushila Pindoria

Experience

Sushila trained at Beachcroft Wansbroughs and joined the property department of Bircham Dyson Bell as a newly qualified solicitor in 1998.  She was made a Senior Associate in 2007. 

Sushila specialises in commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on portfolio management, which includes sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, the granting of leases and licences, and advising on landlord's obligations.  She also provides support to the firm's corporate lawyers when dealing with the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, including company reorganisations.
