Property Litigation
Simon acts for a broad range of clients in both commercial and residential property litigation disputes. Simon is experienced in all levels of court work, including cases he has successfully taken to the House of Lords. He also deals with claims in other dispute resolution forums such as arbitration, mediation and cases in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Lands Tribunal. Simon also specialises in leasehold enfranchisement claims, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Commercial Disputes and Insolvency
Simon handles all types of commercial disputes including director and shareholder claims, contract and agency disputes and claims relating to partnerships. He also advises clients on insolvency related issues and on asset recovery, including the use of injunctive relief where necessary.
Professional Negligence
Simon advises clients in relation to claims in professional negligence and has acted for claimants in bringing claims against solicitors, surveyors and accountants.
