Experience
Siân has been a Partner since 1998, having qualified at Bircham Dyson Bell. She specialises in civil litigation with an emphasis on matrimonial work, particularly high value ancillary relief claims often involving a foreign element or well-known personalities. Siân has advised in ancillary relief cases involving large landed estates and substantial family trusts. She has an interest in civil partnerships and has advised many couples on the advantages and disadvantages of registering their partnerships.
Siân also has experience in drafting pre-nuptial agreements where substantial assets (often with significant international aspects) are involved. She is a member of Resolution, Justice and the London Solicitors' Litigation Association and has appeared on Radio Four and Sky News to discuss various aspects of family law.
Siân also advises clients on contractual disputes and personal injury claims. In addition she has experience of advising on licensing matters.
