Sarah Godfrey

Sarah joined the real estate department at Bircham Dyson Bell as a newly qualified solicitor in 2006. She was made an Associate in 2010.

Sarah specialises in commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on portfolio management, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, the granting of leases and ancillary documentation, and advising on landlord's obligations for a range of private and institutional investors and clients in the not for profit sector. She also acts for a number of retail tenants and is well versed in taking leases in established and new shopping centres around the country. Sarah also provides support to the firm's major projects team when dealing with the acquisition and disposal of sites for transport infrastructure.
