Nigel’s specialist knowledge of construction law sees him advising developers, contractors, professional consultants and occupiers, both in the UK and overseas. He can advise on all the contract industry forms and has experience in drafting project specific documentation. He has also been involved in the construction aspect of several PFI/PPP projects.
Nigel also has expertise in property development and landlord and tenant issues and advises a number of major property developers and occupiers in this area.
