Nicholas is an employment law specialist with over 6 years of experience advising HR professionals in the transport, professional services and healthcare sectors. He also advises foreign embassies and high commissions on UK employment issues.

Nicholas has considerable experience of dealing with all employment and related commercial matters, as well as race, sex and disability claims. This includes advising on case preparation, selection of counsel, interviewing witnesses and negotiating settlement. Nicholas will also advise clients on general employment disputes concerning allegations of unfair dismissal and breach of contract and he has a particular interest in issues relating to age discrimination and the use of casual workers.

His non-contentious experience includes drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks and employment policies and procedures and advising on general employment issues, such as business reorganisations, disciplinary matters and issues concerning employment status and continuity of employment.
