Elizabeth advises many of our private clients on a broad range of issues including UK trust and estate planning, international succession, estate administration and post death tax planning and contentious probate. Her contentious experience includes Morgan v Cilento, and advice to charities in connection with disputed wills and applications for statutory wills. She leads Bircham Dyson Bell's Camelot team which provides advice to lottery winners.
