Judith heads the Private Wealth Knowhow Team, bringing her expertise to bear on difficult issues across the full range of private client matters.
She regularly writes articles for legal journals, and is a contributing author both to STEP's Practical Guide to the Transfer of Trusteeships and to two Tottel / STEP looseleafs: Planning and Administration of Offshore and Onshore Trusts, and Trust Drafting and Precedents.
She sits on the Law Society's Wills & Equity Committee, and on the PLC Private Client Consultation Board. A member of STEP and of Solicitors for The Elderly, her wide-ranging professional interests include particularly matters of trust law and issues relating to the legal position of the elderly.
