John Stephenson heads our residential property team. He is recognised as one of the leading practitioners in the enfranchisement field, that is the obtainng by leaseholders of their freeholds and of extended leases of flats, and with our Litigation team has been involved in some of the leading cases in recent years, including two victories in the House of Lords in 2008. He advises on all types of residential property and landlord and tenant law, and keeps his expectations well managed out of the office by supporting Fulham and the England cricket team!
