Jacinta advises clients on all aspects of property litigation (both residential and commercial) including landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals, dilapidations disputes and service charge disputes. She is also regularly instructed in claims for the recovery of possession of property.

Jacinta also advises in a wide range of commercial disputes including professional negligence claims.

She has also advised and acted for clients in bringing and resisting injunctive proceedings including passing off actions, freezing injunctions and mandatory orders restraining another party from taking certain action.
