Helen Pidgeon

Helen joined Bircham Dyson Bell as a lead family partner in June 2009. Helen was previously a partner at Campbell Hooper Solicitors LLP and Margaret Bennett Solicitors.

Helen acts for high net worth individuals and specialises in the financial aspects of relationship breakdowns on divorce and cohabitation disputes. She also advises on pre and post marital agreements. Her practice has a particular emphasis on cases with an international element, complex financial structures including family trusts, businesses or media–sensitive issues. Helen also advises on children matters involving residence, contact and issues surrounding the removal of children to other countries by a parent.

Helen has developed a significant Collaborative Law practice and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She has found that the Collaborative process has offered her clients constructive and practical solutions to the difficult issues surrounding their relationship breakdown. She is also a Member of Resolution and the International Bar Association and is an accredited Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.
