Elaine advises on all aspects of residential property transactions for both UK and overseas clients as well as banks, fiduciaries and investors. Advice may relate to sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and property finance. This work can involve liaison with Elaine's colleagues in the Private Wealth and Company/Commercial teams on complex tax and holding structures.
Elaine also advises clients on all aspects of the various Leasehold Reform Acts including lease extensions, collective freehold claims, individual house freehold claims and the Right to Manage legislation.
