Experience
David has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate matters covering landlord and tenant matters, transactional work, development, property management and property finance. He acts for a variety of clients including private and institutional investors, retailers, banks and clients in the public and not for profit sector, predominantly charities and housing associations.
David works closely with our Real Estate Litigation Team to provide a comprehensive service dealing with contentious as well as non-contentious matters and risk management issues for real estate clients especially those with mixed property portfolios.
