Charlotte Shaylor

Charlotte has experiance of a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, acting for employers and employees. She specialises in TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions, covering share sales, asset sales, AIM flotations, joint ventures and other unusual structures. Charlotte has extensive experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional matters: harmonising terms and conditions across European and international jurisdictions; managing employment aspects of simultaneous company start-ups in various jurisdictions.  Her contentious experience includes acting for employers and employees in cases ranging from unfair dismissal to whistleblowing and age discrimination.
