Caroline joined Bircham Dyson Bell as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2003, having specialised in employment law during her training contract. She now advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Caroline's contentious experiences includes advising on and drafting documentation at all stages of claims before the Employment Tribunal, including claims for discrimination, unfair and/or wrongful dismissal, redundancy payments and breaches of the Flexible Working Regulations. Her non-contentious experience includes drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks and employment policies and procedures and advising on general employment issues, such as redundancies, restructuring, disciplinary matters and issues concerning employment status and continuity of employment.
Caroline regularly gives client seminars and is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
